The dissertation is devoted to the complex scientific research of criminal offenses in the sphere of official activity in Ukraine and the role of prosecutor's bodies in their prevention, based on the results of which An analysis of the provisions of each section of the Criminal Code of Ukraine on the rules that protect the interests of the service. The tendencies of official crime in its genesis are demonstrated. The author's approach to the formation of state policy for the prevention of criminal offenses in the field of official activity is proposed. Differentiated criminogenic factors that determine crime in the field of official activity. It is proposed to introduce effective mechanisms of prosecutorial response measures during and based on the results of pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses in the field of official activity. Official activity as an object of criminological research is revealed. The grounds and principles of criminalization of socially dangerous acts in the sphere of official activity are determined.
