Essay

Object of study: processes of innovative entrepreneurship development in Ukraine within the digital economy. Aim: to develop theoretical and methodological as well as scientific and practical provisions concerning the evolution of innovative entrepreneurship, to define the content of its new forms and development trends. Methods of: analysis, synthesis, comparatyvistics and synergetics, abstraction and dialectics, systemic, structural and functional, institutional and evolutionary approaches, analytical, economic and statistical ones. Theoretical and practical results, scientific novelty: the author substantiated theoretical and methodological bases of transformation of the national innovation system under conditions of glocalization; improved theoretical characteristics of contradictions in the formation of the national system of innovative entrepreneurship, methodological principles of modern innovative entrepreneurship by using the principles of interdisciplinary links of the classical entrepreneurship evolution theories in a complex digital network business ecosystem; expanded substantiation of the main characteristics of the national system of innovative entrepreneurship as an organizational and economic form of entrepreneurship, covering all stages of the integrated innovation process, the theoretical definition of public-private partnership on innovation as cooperation between the state and the national system of innovative entrepreneurship, explication of modern innovative entrepreneurship as a system of economic relations for commercialization of intellectual results of the integrated process, generalization of factors of negative impact on the innovative development of the national economy of Ukraine. Application of results: when analyzing the processes of innovative entrepreneurship development in Ukraine in the digital economy by scientific institutions; in the work of public authorities, local communities, and higher education institutions.
