The dissertation is assigned to the advancement of gender tolerance as a mechanism for the development of intergovernmental conflicts in a youthful meeting. The psychologichny zmist and the understanding of the “gender tolerance” is assigned; highly structurally structural components and indicators of gender tolerance - cognitive, emotional, behavioral, officials - gender identity, gender stereotype, the role of gender tolerance in viral youthful confessions is seen; еmpirically, the specificity of gender tolerance was measured, based on the criteria, the best and the most important indicators and the development of pre-teenage quality; the interconnection between confl icts and gender tolerance has been brought to bear, as well as injecting into the vibrating dominant strategies of behavior in confl icts. Developed, tested and proved the effectiveness of the developmental-correctional program for the development of gender tolerance and the reduction of conflict in the personality youth.
