Bilousov S. Commercial and legal support for the prevention of insolvency of certain categories of non-profit commercial entities.

The scientific thesis is devoted to the consideration of both theoretical and practical issues related to the peculiarities of insolvency prevention of non-profit commercial entities. The main focus in the scientific thesis was paid to the analysis of law enforcement practice in the context of the feasibility and need to improve the existing bankruptcy procedures of non-profit entities. The scientific thesis also offers the author 's vision of the legal nature of organically interconnected and systematically agreed procedures for preventing insolvency of non-profit entities and clarifies the features of insolvency prevention of such entities at the stages of their operation and termination to increase the efficiency of their management and preventing the debt crisis and the functioning of insolvent non-profit entities, stimulating the development of production, protecting the rights of bona fide debtors and bona fide creditors, etc. Based on the generalization of theoretical views and practical aspects of legal regulation of relations to prevent insolvency of individual non-profit entities, it was concluded that the existence of economic and legal mechanism to prevent insolvency of non-profit entities is essential for both law and the economy in general, as it significantly affects the functioning of the economic system of the state; helps to prevent a debt crisis and the functioning of insolvent entities, which ultimately makes it impossible for situations related to the recognition of insolvency (bankruptcy) of non-profit organizations.
