Essay

The main purpose of the dissertation is to improve the existing technology of installation and operation of facade systems, in particular through the introduction of innovative technology for choosing a rational facade system for a particular object and production conditions. To achieve the goal: analysis, generalization and assessment of the state of organizational and technological solutions for the installation of facade systems of multi-story civil buildings; innovative facade systems were experimentally studied with the definition of the most effective of them in terms of manufacturability, complexity and cost. The factors that have the greatest impact on the complexity and cost of installation and operation of facade systems have been identified and studied. A method of choosing a rational facade system of a multi-story building has been developed. The scientific-technical and economic efficiency of the use of the proposed organizational and technological solutions to improve the process of selection, installation, operation and repair of facade systems of multi-story buildings is substantiated.
