Essay

Object of study. Physico-chemical processes associated with the technology of creating an electrochemiluminescent sensor element for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. The aim of the work is to develop a new technological process for the production of sensor ECL elements, which allows to determine fluorescent polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons with high sensitivity, and does not require additional use of unstable biomaterials and valuable nanomaterials. Research methods. molecular docking; quantum chemical methods of the density functional theory; spectrophotometry; atomic force microscopy; method of cyclic voltammetry; electrochemiluminescent method; Langmuir-Blodgett method. Results: significant factors influencing the process of creating a sensor element for sensitive detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Field of application - sensors.
