The dissertation work is devoted to the topical issue of endocrinology, namely, the deepening of the modern scientific understanding of the determine the features of diagnosis and clinical course of hypothyroidism in conjunction with ischemic heart disease, the optimization of the existing strategy for diagnosing hypothyroid cardiomyopathy with using of the developed mathematical model of hypothyroid heart based on clinical manifestations and structural and functional changes in myocardium.The decrease in the functional activity of the thyroid gland leads to changes in the autonomic nervous system with an increase in the tone of the parasympathetic department, lipid imbalance, the stress of the regional and central hemodynamics, the remodeling of the myocardium of the left ventricular , which are not identical to the atherosclerotic disorders and potentiating heart failure.In patients with hypothyroidism, there is a thickening of the left ventricular myocardium walls, which proves the specificity of changes in the heart geometry towards the development of eccentric hypertrophy, which can be considered as a marker of the "hypothyroid" heart, whose severity can determine the severity of hypothyroidism.Based on multifactor analysis, the following features were selected: body mass index, total cholesterol level, ejection fraction, interventricular septal thickness, left ventricular myocardial mass, Kerdo index, which allowed to create a prognostic diagnostic mathematical model of hypothyroid cardiomyopathy.Taking into account the data obtained, we created a scheme of the development and the algorithm for diagnosing hypothyroid cardiomyopathy.
