Krynychko F. State Policy in the Field of Public Healthcare: Mechanisms of Formation and Implementation

The issue of public healthcare as an object of public policy is not new for Ukraine but quite relevant, taking into consideration the reform of the healthcare system and other fields since 2015. Today, the issue of public policy in the field of public healthcare is related with problems of both practical and practical nature. After all, this object of public life is not typical of the post-Soviet countries. Modern developments in the theory, methodology and organization of public administration in the field of public healthcare are fragmentary in nature and, accordingly, it is not possible to embed a single comprehensive model. Most researches that have addressed public healthcare in one way or another only identifies areas for health care transformation. This determines the need to substantiate the theoretical basis for the development of public policy in the field of public healthcare and the formation of theoretical significance concerning the nature and properties of public healthcare as an object of public administration, identification of its functions and identification of spheres of influence on its condition. This will generally form the basis for the development of innovative approaches to the methodology of formation and implementation of public policy in the study area as a basis for ensuring the national interests of society.
