Essay

The thesis is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the quality management of logistics activities of the enterprise. The conceptual and categorical framework of management theory and concept of logistics management is improved by clarifying the differences between the concepts of "management", "administration" and "logistics management", as well as defining the relationship between the concepts of "logistic process", "business process", management quality" and "logistics management". The concept of "information quality management of logistic processes" is introduced into scientific circulation, which is proposed to mean a set of information data, tools and software products for their collection and / or processing, which are necessary to ensure effective quality management of logistic processes. The system of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of quality management of logistic processes of a commercial enterprise is specified, which, in contrast to the existing ones, includes quality indicators of digitalization of logistics processes of a commercial enterprise and coefficients of rate of return for logistic processes digitalization in general. A methodological approach to assessing the impact of logistic processes on the management of trade enterprises is proposed, which, in contrast to the existing ones, involves the application of the developed matrix model to identify the impact of indicators of logistics management processes on the effectiveness of trade enterprise general management, that will allow in practice to make more evidence-based decision on managing of the income of the enterprise and to plan management outputs, the implementation of which will increase its profitability and level of its customer satisfaction. Systematization of scientific views on logistic processes in trade and the specifics of their management are further developed there are 8 groups of data with identified opportunities of their use for the quality management of activities of the enterprise which will ensure an integrated assessment of quality management, taking into account their differentiation, approaches to optimizing logistics costs, logistic operation, logistic flows, risks, influencing of demand on logistics activities, indicators for assessing the logistics performance of enterprise and its involvement to the implementation of various logistics activities; as well as scientific approaches to the classification of logistic processes of trade enterprises with additional emphasis on external and internal logistic processes that allows a differentiated approach to quality management of different logistics activities of the enterprise, taking into account the varies of activities of the degrees of risks of internal and external origin; study of new phenomena in the development of domestic trade associated with both the digitalization of business processes (including logistics), and the impact of the pandemic effects on trade enterprises activity; concepts of digital management and logistics management, within which a scientific approach to the organization of information support for quality management of logistic processes of a commercial enterprise has been developed which, in contrast to the existing ones, is defined and modeled taking into account the principle of optimization, which is based on logistics and economic-mathematical methods used in management and can allow to formalize and program management tasks and search for their optimal solutions. Practical recommendations for the choice of logistics strategy of the trade enterprise based on the results of quality assessment of its logistic processes are developed. The practical significance of results is that the theoretical and practical provisions of the dissertation can be implemented in the practice of trade enterprises to improve the quality of their logistics activities, namely: identify the benefits and risks of managing logistics activities in different enterprise; the criteria for assessing the effectiveness of quality management of variable logistics activities of enterprises are justified; identified the main trends in trade in terms of digitalization of logistics activities, which should be taken into account in the process of developing the logistics strategy of trade enterprise.
