Essay

The dissertation contains a theoretical substantiation and proposals for the practical solution of the scientific problem - improving the results of combined treatment of patients with acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the hepatobiliary zone. An important little-studied disease that significantly affects the quality of life of patients with hepatobiliary pathology is Fitz-Hugh-Curtis syndrome, a pathological process that mimics the clinical manifestations of acute or chronic cholecystitis and PHES. Its frequency reaches 17% of all patients. Scientific data on the epidemiological aspects of Fitz-Hugh-Curtis syndrome have been updated. The prevalence of chlamydial perihepatitis syndrome among patients with surgical profile with pathology of the hepatobiliary zone was determined. It is proved that laparoscopic detection of characteristic glysoperitoneal adhesions such as "violin strings" is accompanied by a probable increase in antichlamydial antibodies in the serum. Algorithms have been developed and implemented in practice: a) preoperative diagnostics; b) surgical tactics; c) selection of a scheme of conservative treatment
