Gromyko O. Mechanisms of public administration of Ukraine in the conditions of information society development.

Object of research: public administration in the conditions of information society development. The objective is the theoretical substantiation, scientific and applied approaches development, methodological provisions and practical recommendations improvement as to enhancing the mechanisms of public administration of Ukraine in the conditions of information society development. Methods: logical-semantic; comparative analysis; system-analytical; complex and structural-functional; logical modelling and design; statistical; analysis and synthesis; observation and theoretical generalization; abstract-logical. Results: theoretical provisions have been substantiated and practical-applied recommendations concerning the improvement of mechanisms of public administration of Ukraine in the conditions of information society development have been worked out. Novelty: conceptual bases of public administration strategy in the conditions of information society development in Ukraine have been substantiated; improved: theoretical and methodical approaches on peculiarities of transformation of a traditional model of public administration into a model of public administration in the conditions of information society development and defining the changes in structural and functional support of public authorities, theoretical and methodological approaches to determination of the areas of the mechanisms of public administration improvement in the process of information society development; further developed: categorical-conceptual apparatus of public administration by clarifying the meaning of “public administration in the conditions of information society development”, “mechanism of public administration in the conditions of information society development”; theoretical substantiation of the conceptual stages of public administration formation and development in the conditions of information society development in Ukraine, generalization of global trends and systematization of conceptual approaches to the peculiarities of public administration in the conditions of information society development has allowed to identify such invariant properties that underlie the development of information society in foreign countries. Implemented into activity of: Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Bohodukhiv District State Administration of Kharkiv Region, National University of Civil Defence of Ukraine.
