Treskov A. Mechanisms of state regulation of the development of the fuel and energy complex of Ukraine.

Object of research: state regulation of the development of the fuel and energy complex. The object is substantiation of the theoretical provisions and development of practical and applied recommendations on directions of improvement of mechanisms of state regulation of the development of the fuel and energy complex of Ukraine. Methods: logical-semantic; comparative analysis; system-analytical; historical; logical modelling and design; statistical; analysis and synthesis; observation and theoretical generalization; abstract-logical. Results: theoretical positions have been substantiated and practical-applied recommendations on directions of improvement of mechanisms of state regulation of the development of the fuel and energy complex of Ukraine have been developed. Novelty: conceptual bases of the strategy of state regulation of the development of the fuel and energy complex of Ukraine in the conditions of global threats and challenges due to pandemic of coronavirus have been substantiated; improved: ways of transformation of state regulation of the development of the fuel and energy complex in conditions of European integration of Ukraine; theoretical and methodological approaches to determine areas for improving the mechanisms of state regulation of the development of the fuel and energy complex of Ukraine; further developed: substantiation of the possibility of applying the mechanisms of state regulation of the development of the fuel and energy complex of Ukraine, generalization of global trends and systematization of conceptual approaches to the peculiarities of energy complex functioning in the countries of the world, categorical-conceptual apparatus of public administration by specifying the content of the concepts “state regulation of the development of the fuel and energy complex”, “mechanism of state regulation of the development of the fuel and energy complex”. Implemented in the activities of: Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Zinkiv District State Administration of Poltava Region, Valkiv District State Administration of Kharkiv Region, National University of Civil Defence of Ukraine. Application field: public administration, local authorities and self-government, public organizations.
