Moyseyenko V. Prevention of criminal offenses in the sphere of economic activity in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of criminological problems of prevention of criminal offenses in the sphere of economic activity in Ukraine. The influence of the shadow economy on national security is revealed, the peculiarities of legal regulation of economic activity in Ukraine are clarified and the criminal offenses in such sphere are systematized. The structure and dynamics of criminal offenses are characterized. The content of determinants that contribute to the criminalization of the economic sphere of public relations is revealed and the criminologically significant features of persons who commit criminal offenses in the sphere of economic activity are singled out. A conceptual vision of ways to implement criminological measures to protect the economic sphere of the country, as well as prevention measures at the special criminological level are given. The economic and legal mechanism and criminological measures to prevent criminal offenses in the sphere of economic activity by law enforcement agencies of Ukraine and the main directions of their interaction with each other and with non-governmental organizations both at the state level and with law enforcement agencies and non-governmental organizations abroad are developed.
