The dissertation research solved an important scientific task, which is to scientifically and theoretically substantiate the issues of improving the national legal regulation of complex objects of intellectual property law. The work substantiates that complex objects of intellectual property rights are the results of creative, intellectual activity, which gives its author (authors) on the basis of the norms of the current legislation, property and non-property rights to this result that are acquired, implemented and protected in accordance with the law norms and rules. The multifunctionality of complex objects of intellectual property rights, which are separate specific results of creative, intellectual activity, which gives its author (authors), in accordance with the law, property and non-property rights to this result, which are acquired, exercised and protected in accordance with law norms and rules.
