First time the clinical and neurological features of the course of chronic lymphocytic leukemia, chronic myeloid leukemia and multiple myeloma were systematized. Was conducted a comprehensive qualitative neuropsychodiagnostic assessment of cognitive functions in patients with subsequent analysis of quality of life assessment in patients with CH, with the study of correlations of quality of life scales with neurophysiological and immunological parameters. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of clinical and paraclinical parameters, the substantiation of α-lipoic acid in the complex treatment of patients with chronic hemoblastosis with secondary polyneuropathy was carried out.
