Gurin D. Improving the method of determining time reserves in the schedule threads based on modeling the propagation of train delays

The object of research is the process of drawing up a normative schedule of trains on the railway transport of Ukraine. The research was carried out using the methods of mathematical statistics, data analysis, theory of differential equations, Runge-Kutti method, machine learning method, graph theory, genetic algorithm. As a result of the research the scientific problem of theoretical substantiation of the procedure of determination of time reserves in the schedule threads for railway systems without observance of the schedule of departure of freight trains is solved. The scope of the results of the study may be railway departments associated with the preparation of regulatory schedules of trains.
