Essay

In this dissertation for the first time in science of criminal procedural law are risen the issues of the modern appeal inspection judgments taken in the pre-trial stage of criminal proceedings, according to the latest criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine. For understanding the appeal inspection judgments are disclosed content and meaning of the appeal proceedings, researched the historical aspects of the formation and development of Appeal proceedings in Ukraine, a comparative analysis of the concepts of «appeal proceedings» and «appellate review», described the appellate review of judicial decisions related to the application of measures procedural constraint limiting the rights and liberty of citizens; investigated 20 procedural order of the appellate inspection judgments relating to pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings, provided the general psychological characteristics appeal proceedings for judicial review, outlines the psychological meaning of the participants in the appeal proceedings for judicial review.
