A mathematical model of the influence of sea waves on the blurred section of the underwater pipeline has been developed; the oscillations of the blurred section of the underwater pipeline under the influence of the total wave load in two planes were studied; the durability of the pipeline is estimated taking into account: the height of the waves and their cyclicity; taking into account the pulsations of the pumped product; bandage designs have been developed to increase the service life of defective sections of pipelines; the stress-strain state was investigated and the number of cycles to the destruction of the defective section of the pipeline, reinforced with a bandage, was established
