Hovorun O. Self-regulatory organizations in the mechanism of legal economic order.

The dissertation is an independent and completed scientific research, contains new theoretically substantiated results, which together solve a scientific problem, which consists in the development of scientific theoretical approaches and specific legal measures of legal support for the activities of self-regulatory organizations. The thesis is devoted to the study of the current state of creation, activities of SROs and the procedure for delegating public powers to them. The paper substantiates the thesis that the presence in the SRO of features inherent in the subject of both private and public law allows us to conclude about their mixed legal nature. However, in modern conditions, the optimal system of state regulation can be based on a law that gives special rights, especially in the field of interaction with state authorities of SROs that meet certain requirements. And also on the system of joint and several material liability, in particular, insurance of liability of members of the organization to those to whom their activities may harm.
