Savka T. Optimization of thromboprophylaxis in pregnant women with cardiovascular diseases.

The dissertation work is devoted to increase of efficiency and maternal safety of long anticoagulant prophylaxis of cardiovascular diseases at pregnant women. The existing scientific data on the peculiarities of pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period in women with cardiovascular diseases who take long-term anticoagulant thromboprophylaxis have been supplemented. A comprehensive assessment of the hemostasis system, the state of bone metabolism and venous blood flow in the veins of the lower extremities in patients with cardiac pathology on the background of long-term thromboprophylaxis. Existing scientific data on the mechanisms of development of side effects from anticoagulant thromboprophylaxis during pregnancy have been expanded. Drug correction has been introduced to reduce the incidence of complications during pregnancy and childbirth, the intensity and frequency of the main side effects of anticoagulants in pregnant women with cardiac pathology. For the first time, new diagnostic criteria for the effectiveness of transient anticoagulant therapy have been proposed, which reduces the duration of this therapy and the frequency of side effects.
