Baranov I. Surgical scars treatment of various etiologies using autolipografting and platelet enriched plasma

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of improving the results of treatment of patients with skin scars by applying complex treatment, which includes transplantation of autologous fat cells and platelet-rich plasma. In the dissertation work, a theoretical analysis was carried out and a new solution to the actual scientific problem of improving the results of treatment of patients with skin scars was proposed by using autologous fat cell transplantation and platelet-rich plasma according to the developed algorithm. A comparative analysis of the results of surgical treatment showed statistically likely normalization of pigmentation, color, elasticity, and scar height in patients in both groups, but in the main group the value of these indicators was significantly better. The study of histological preparations of scars showed that on the 14th and 21st days after autolipography in patients with post-burn scars, the drainage function of the stroma, the circulation of tissue fluid, and intercellular communication are restored.
