Dissertation research is devoted to the problems of improving the legal regulation of ensuring labor safety. The dissertation presents a theoretical generalization and solution of a scientific problem, which consists in defining the concept and identifying the features of labor safety ensuring and highlighting the features of the current state of legal regulation of labor safety in Ukraine, as well as working out relevant proposals and recommendations for its improvement.
