This dissertation study comprehensively examined the formation and transformation of the institute of criminal responsibility of minor is persons in Ukrainian territories. The peculiarities of State legal support for criminal proceedings in cases involving juvenile persons comprehensively described, as well as the specifics of the regulatory and legal regulation of relations in the field of countering crime. Domestic experience in regulating the criminal liability of minors understood persons and prospects for improving legal regulation identified. As part of the dissertation work, a number of scientific conceptual provisions, conclusions and generalizations are justified, which characterized by important significance for the historical and legal science of Ukraine and can take into account in the process of the Ukrainian state.
