Lagovska N. Criminological characteristics and crime prevention in the field of administrative services in Ukraine

The dissertation formulates and proposes the author's definition of crime in the field of administrative services in Ukraine, which is proposed to mean criminally illegal activities carried out by the subject of authority (in particular, executive authorities, local governments within the powers delegated to them by executive authorities, enterprises, institutions and organizations) in the field of administrative services, in particular on the adoption, in accordance with regulations on the application of a natural or legal person, an administrative act aimed at the implementation and protection of its rights and legitimate interests and/or fulfillment of legal obligations ties (obtaining a permit (license), certificate, certificate and other documents, registration, etc.). The state of scientific development of criminological characteristics and crime prevention in the field of administrative services in Ukraine is clarified. The methodology of research of criminological characteristics and prevention of crime in the field of administrative services in Ukraine is covered. Signs of crime in the provision of administrative services in Ukraine have been identified. The state, tendencies and structure of crime in the sphere of providing administrative services in Ukraine are analyzed. The preconditions and determination of crime in the sphere of providing administrative services in Ukraine are considered. The identity of a criminal who commits criminal offenses in the field of administrative services is described. Identify special criminological principles of crime prevention in the field of administrative services in Ukraine. Peculiarities of individual crime prevention in the sphere of providing administrative services in Ukraine are analyzed. The experience of some countries in preventing crime in the provision of administrative services in Ukraine is highlighted.
