Object of study - the processes of forming the image strategy of industrial enterprises in the conditions of neo-industrialization; the purpose of the research - development and scientific substantiation of organizational and economic bases of management of strategic image of industrial enterprises in the conditions of neoindustrialization; research methods of analysis and synthesis, system approach, dialectical method of scientific knowledge, fundamental provisions of modern theories of management, economics and organization of enterprises, concepts of strategic development, reputation management and image of enterprises, neo-industrial reproduction, typology, concretization, system-structural analysis and synthesis, structural-functional construction, dialectical, theoretical generalization, monographic, abstract-logical analysis, terminological analysis, descriptive, monographic and comparative methods, modeling, questionnaires and expert, economic-statistical, comparison and index analysis, financial screening and taxonomic analysis, methods of strategic control and method of scenarios, theoretical-experimental method, method of ordering, methods of logical analysis, induction and deduction, graphic method, methods of scientific knowledge, observation, measurement, comparison; results - the actual scientific task connected with development and substantiation of organizational and economic bases of management of strategic image of the industrial enterprises in the conditions of neoindustrialization is solved; academic novelty - improved monitoring procedures for assessing the image of industrial enterprises by applying a proactive approach to assessing the image of enterprises, which combines into a single system information analysis, enterprise image assessment, image forecasting, development and implementation of corrective effects on enterprise image and enables management image of enterprises and strengthen its main characteristics; improved mechanism and instrumental apparatus for eliminating factors of negative impact on the image of industrial enterprises, consisting of a sequential algorithm, apparatus for avoiding negative impact and allows to identify threats, apply different scenarios to eliminate negative factors and make effective management decisions to strengthen the image of enterprises; improved theoretical and methodological basis for strategic image management of industrial enterprises by creating a concept of image strategy management in neo-industrialization, which includes subsystems of information, strategic support, planning, development and selection of image strategies and allows to manage image from the standpoint of strategic development of enterprises; The theoretical basis for defining the concept of "image strategy of the enterprise" was further developed, which is proposed to be considered as an established set of directions for the development of enterprises using the achievements of STP to effectively promote competitive advantage, using innovative resources of industrial enterprises in the long run. that allows to provide economic benefits of various industrial enterprises in the process of achieving strategic goals in the conditions of neo-industrialization; the structuring of target groups of perception of image of the enterprises by detailing of components of external and internal image which expands possibilities of the analysis of the strategic purposes and allows to specify in due time a condition of image of the industrial enterprises and to manage its separate elements received further development; the technology of selection and substantiation of image strategy of enterprises in the conditions of neoindustrialization which is based on the offered analytical basis consisting of tools of zoning of image of the industrial enterprise, and procedure of a choice of image strategy and allows to manage image of the enterprise from the point of view of its strategic development; further developed a methodological approach to assessing the image of enterprises in terms of structuring and detailing its subsystems, their elements, schemes of interaction of management actions and information flows, which through the use of cognitive methods of formalization and economic-mathematical modeling can improve the management of enterprise image; degree of implementation - the results are implemented in the educational process of the Department of Management of the M.
