Krolevetskyi K. Economic and legal regulation of the wholesale market in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex analysis of the public relations arising in the market of wholesale trade of Ukraine. Scientific approaches to understanding the essence and content of the concepts of "wholesale trade" and "wholesale market" have been improved. The legal framework for the regulation of the wholesale trade market in Ukraine was analyzed, which made it possible to identify the shortcomings of the regulatory and legal support for the functioning of such a market, which are reduced to a sufficient number of inconsistent norms and characterized by inconsistency and fragmentation. It is established that the main criterion for distinguishing between the retail and wholesale markets are the functions performed by each of the types of markets. The classification of wholesale trade services according to the criterion of their functional orientation is carried out. The section pays special attention to the proposals on the need to improve the legal regulation of economic and trade activities in the domestic market of Ukraine.
