The dissertation is devoted to solving a topical scientific problem of deepening the theoretical and methodological foundations and developing practical recommendations for innovation and investment areas and institutional foundations of land management and land management at the local level and assessing their effectiveness in decentralization. In the dissertation the essence of land management innovations, which consists in the complex organization of the process of implementation and use of the results of research and research and technological land management works aimed at capitalization and environmentalizing of land use; directions of innovative development in land management and land management in a market economy; institutional environment of land management; the process of collecting information about land plots and rights to them; development of investment land management projects; methodical approaches to assessing the effectiveness of innovative design solutions; structure and content of the investment project of land management of agricultural enterprises in the context of innovations; methodological principles for determining the economic and environmental efficiency of innovations in the field of land management and land management, which are to improve their performance are improved.
