Donets A. Some types of storage contract in the civil law of Ukraine.

The dissertation is a completed scientific work containing new theoretically substantiated results that solve the scientific problem of identifying and solving a set of theoretical and practical problems of the legal nature of certain types of storage contract in their comparison with the general design of the storage contract based on the constitutive features of the latter. also in comparison with the designs of related agreements. The dissertation clarifies the legal nature of the storage contract, provides its doctrinal concept, reveals the meaning of the definitions "safety", "storage", "protection", argues why the custodian's possession is characterized as official. It is concluded that certain types of storage contract do not constitute a single institution or sub-institutions of civil law, each of these agreements has its own characteristics and features. The expediency of differentiation at the level of the CCU of storage and protection contracts as independent types of contracts for the provision of services is argued. On the basis of the analysis of provisions of the current legislation, practice of its application, and also achievements of domestic and foreign scientists which are devoted to theoretical generalizations in the field of legal regulation of relations of storage, gaps in the legislation are defined and scientifically substantiated offers on improvement of the mechanism of legal regulation of the corresponding relations are formulated.
