Essay

The dissertation presents the substantiation of theoretical principles and developed practical recommendations in order to improve the mechanisms of state regulation of the development of resort and recreational regions affected by the Chernobyl NPP. The theoretical bases of origin and formation of the phenomenon of state regulation by the resort and recreational sphere are generalized. The essence and functions of state regulation of the resort and recreational sphere, as well as its place in the recreational complex are revealed. Modern mechanisms of state regulation of the development of the resort and recreational sphere of the regions affected by the Chernobyl NPP have been studied. The foreign experience of development of the resort and recreational sphere of the regions affected by natural and man-made catastrophes is studied. The analysis of the current state of the resort and recreational sphere of Zhytomyr region is carried out. A standard model of improving the mechanisms of state regulation of the resort and recreational sphere of the regions affected by the Chernobyl NPP has been substantiated and developed, and a Roadmap for the implementation of the policy of state regulation of the resort and recreational sphere of Zhytomyr region has been proposed.
