Sych M. Constitutional and legal regulation of guarantees of deputy activity in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the development of an integral concept of guarantees of deputy activity in Ukraine, a critical assessment of the current state of legal regulation of these guarantees and the identification of ways to improve it, taking into account the best foreign models and domestic experience in the development of representative democracy. Defined the concept of guarantees of deputy activity in the broad (general social) and narrow (legal) aspects, disclosed their essential features; substantiated the principles from which one should proceed when introducing guarantees for deputy activity. A comprehensive classification of guarantees for deputy activities has been carried out, groups, subgroups and types of such guarantees have been identified. The evolution of guarantees of deputy activity in Ukraine and abroad has been traced; summarized domestic and foreign experience of legal regulation of guarantees of deputy activity at the present stage. The system and features of the implementation of personal and political and legal guarantees of deputy activity in Ukraine are disclosed; clarified the role of organizational guarantees in the mechanism of the implementation of parliamentary powers in Ukraine. Domestic and foreign experience of legal regulation of guarantees of deputy activity at the present stage is generalized. A comparative legal study of guarantees of deputy activity in foreign countries has been carried out; it was concluded that today guarantees of deputy activity are an important element of the legal status of a deputy in all constitutional states, and the processes of globalization and internationalization of public life lead to the formation of universal standards in this area. It has been established that the largest amount of guarantees is provided for the people's deputies of Ukraine, whose status is "model" for the formation of a system of guarantees for deputies of other levels.
