Maksymov A. Organizational approaches to thermomodernization of buildings on the basis of optimizing the choice of design and technological solutions

The оbject of research - organizational processes of thermal modernization of construction objects; the purpose - to improve organizational approaches to the preparation of projects for thermal modernization of buildings; methods - general scientific methods of cognition, methodological principles of complex and system analysis; methods of analysis and synthesis, historical; statistical, retrospective analysis, analytical grouping; method of mathematical modeling, expert evaluations, successive iterations. results - a new approach to the organization of projects of thermal modernization of construction sites is developed, including through the use of tools for criterion evaluation for the selection and optimization of structural and technological solutions of enclosing structures, which allows to increase energy efficiency at a given cost; developed tools for optimization of structural and technological solutions of the enclosing structures of the building, taking into account energy saving and thermal modernization costs; implemented - in the work of enterprises: Department of Housing and Communal Services of Chernivtsi City Council (reference №04-25 / 2240 from 23.11.2020), Guild of Design Engineers (reference №2309-2020 / 1 from 23.09.2020) SE " Regional Development Strategy "(reference №0210 / 10-20 dated 02.10.2020), LLC" Ukrainian Research and Design Institute of Civil Engineering "(reference №1011-20 dated 10.11.2020), LLC" ICI CONSULTANT "( reference №206 / 5 dated 16.11.2020)
