Bilovus T. Investment processes in the securities market of Ukraine

The dissertation research is devoted to the solution of important tasks concerning the substantiation of theoretical and methodical bases of investment processes in the securities market and development of practical recommendations concerning their activization in Ukraine. The essence and specifics of investment processes in the securities market are revealed, a new theoretical and methodological approach to their definition and specificity is proposed, taking into consideration different groups of participants. The investment tools of the securities market are determined. The analysis of the current state and trends in investment processes made it possible to identify risks and threats to their activation. Within the paper, promising areas of the securities market development in Ukraine in the context of intensification of investment processes, in particular in terms of the indicators of their evaluation, development of investment tools and institutional support are proposed. Based on foreign approaches to public management of investment processes in the securities market and the analysis of state regulation of the securities market in Ukraine, it is necessary to combine different regulatory methods of government and non-government regulation, to borrow the best practices in this aspect, and to develop their own individual mechanism of state regulation of the securities market in Ukraine, public-private partnership in the securities market is proposed.
