Knysh Z. Civil and Legal Protection of Property Rights of Internally Displaced Persons.

The dissertation is focused on the research of civil and legal protection of the property right of internally displaced persons. The genesis of legal regulation of property right of internally displaced persons in Ukraine has been analyzed. The stages of the genesis of civil and legal protection of property right of internally displaced persons have been determined. It has been indicated that the independent institution of the rights of internally displaced persons, which includes norms on the procedure for granting the legal status of internally displaced persons, protection and defense of their non-property and property rights, realization of entrepreneurial activities in the system of legislation of Ukraine is gradually forming.
