Essay

The object of research – pile foundation technology; subject - technology for pressing-in piles by using a modular aggregative piling system; goal – improvement the technological and organizational methods of pile pressing aimed to automate the construction of pile foundations in a limited space conditions, on slopes and on weak soils; methods – system approach, analysis and generalization of information sources, production experiments on construction sites, direct observation method, full-scale physical, organizational, technological and mathematical modeling of construction processes, comparative analysis and assessment of the correspondence of theoretical and experimental data; results – have been developed the fundamentals of the technology for the construction of pile foundations using a modular aggregative piling system for various constructive and technological solutions of pile fields, in particular conditions of limited spaces, on slopes and on soft soils; the indicators of the effectiveness of the developed technology and the piling system have been experimentally established and confirmed in the conditions of construction sites; the dependences of the specific mass of the weight transported by the crane on the total number of piles in the foundation project, the number of modules used in the developed system and the organizational and technological scheme of their use; the technology of pile foundations has been improved by automating the process of pressing piles into the ground using the developed methods; methodology of organizational and technological process modeling by developing recommendations for choosing the most effective method of performing works by using a modular-aggregative system for various conditions and scales of construction; implemented – in the design and performance of construction processes for piles and sheet piles pressing when constructing the foundations of buildings/structures by the RPC «Engineering Center Transzvuk».
