Chubenko V. Economic and legal regulation of production and supply of high-tech products.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex analysis of economic and legal regulation of production and supply of high - tech production. Scientific approaches to understanding the essence and content of the concept of "high-tech products" have been improved and its correlation with related concepts "knowledge-intensive", "science-intensive" and "innovative" products has been established. The classification of features of high-tech products according to the criterion of mandatory into basic and additional. The legal framework for regulating the production and supply of high-tech products in Ukraine is analyzed, which can be described as fragmentary, as it does not even develop a single approach to the basic definition and does not establish criteria for recognizing high-tech products, does not approve the list of high-tech products. It is proposed to update the in-depth methodological approach to the development of modern regulations such as regional development strategies (including cities and regions, regions), development of high-tech products, action plans for their implementation, as well as monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of these strategies in Ukraine, based on smart specialization methods.
