The dissertation is devoted to the scientific substantiation and development of theoretical and methodological foundations, scientific and methodological and practical recommendations for systematic maintenance of the integrity of social and labor structures of machine-building enterprises.
The genesis of scientific knowledge about the nature and essence of the «socio-labor structure» as an object of governance has been investigated. The expediency of introduction into the scientific circulation of the category «social and labor structure», which should be understood as a group of performers of general labor tasks that interact with each other on the basis of social motives, as well as equally relate to the subjects of labor relations of the enterprise (goals, norms, conditions, forms and methods of work organization). The systemic paradigm of the integrity of social and labor structures has been formed on the basis of theories of organizational management, social capital and social exchange, the mutual positioning and interconnection of which in the context of ensuring the integrity of social and labor structures allowed to distinguish the following concepts: the concept of balance of the structure of motivation; the concept of synergy of social interaction; the concept of coherence of social and labor interests of participants of organizational interaction; the concept of the integrity of socio-labor structures, which allows, in accordance with the objectives of each concept, to determine the criteria and indicators of the integrity of social and labor structures. The managerial results of application of the concepts of integrity of social and labor structures are considered. The classification of criteria of integrity of social and labor structures is developed.
The scientific and methodological prerequisites for ensuring the integrity of social and labor structures have been investigated. The managerial nature of the social-labor climate is improved, which is the combination of factors that determine the total number of benefits in certain periods in certain social-labor structures, which include the following: the intensity of social-labor processes (social-labor activity, including innovation activity, as a reflection of creative work), cyclicality of social-labor processes, level of perception of social-labor benefits. The theoretical position on the methodological similarity of the processes of ensuring information and social integrity of social and labor structures is substantiated; methodological similarity means the possibility of applying the same principles, methods, tools, mechanisms in the management of these processes. A conceptual knowledge model of ensuring the integrity of social and labor structures has been developed, the methodological basis of which is systematic and complex consideration in the implementation of the tasks of theoretical knowledge acquired in the process of training; applied knowledge, skills and competences acquired in the course of professional activity; thoughts and preferences generated through the use of information technology; which are actualized under the influence of factors of social and labor climate and improve the quality of social and labor structures through balanced growth of their integrity level.
The main tasks of a comprehensive system for assessing the integrity of social and labor structures are formulated. The system of generalizing indicators of the integrity of socio-labor structures, which, unlike the existing ones, characterize the dynamics of the process of ensuring the integrity (the integral index of social and labor conflicts and the index of the level of positive emotions regarding measures to increase integrity) and the final state of the structure of integrity the indicator of the effectiveness of the implementation of the target functions and the standard deviation of the estimates of the expediency of the objects of labor relations. spare balance principle in evaluating the integrity of the social and labor structures. The influence of environmental transformation on the integrity of social and labor structures of machine-building enterprises is investigated. A systematic assessment of the integrity of social and labor structures of machine-building enterprises of the Kherson region was carried out.
A structural-logical model of the motivational mechanism for ensuring the systemic integrity of social and labor structures has been developed. Management measures to improve the motivational quality of social and labor structures are substantiated.
