The dissertation is devoted to the deepening of theoretical and methodological provisions and the development of practical recommendations for the formation of a motivational strategy for car repair companies, which will allow interested stakeholders to create a motivational environment for production development based on the coordination of their own interests. The developed method of choosing rational forms of organization of the labor process of car repair personnel of the transport enterprise allows employers to determine reserves to cover additional labor costs in terms of implementing the requirements of corporate social responsibility. The study developed basic and improved models for determining the effectiveness of motivational strategy using the mathematical apparatus of fuzzy logic (Fuzzy Logic) for a small sample in the MATLAB environment. In the basic and improved model for 19 motor transport enterprises of Ukraine the coefficients of efficiency of the motivational strategy of labor organization are determined. A tool for qualitative evaluation of the effectiveness of motivational strategy based on verbal (non-numerical) assessments is obtained.
