Shvets Alina Nikolaevna A. Hygienic substantiation of measures for the prevention of diseases of adolescents in their professional self-determination

The dissertation is devoted to the study of an urgent medical and social problem on the prevention of professionally caused pathologies and diseases among young people as a result of a false and unjustified choice of an industrial specialty. The purpose of the dissertation work was to introduce the prevention of occupational diseases and professional unsuitability of student youth by improving the system of medical vocational guidance at the pre-profile and profile stage of education. As a result of the study, a complex of medical and preventive measures was developed for vocational guidance of adolescents in conditions of pre-profile, specialized and vocational training. The existing methods of vocational guidance work with young people have been improved to avoid and reduce the negative impact on the health of adolescents 15-18 years old. The system of index assessment of the factors of the educational and production environment in the course of social and hygienic monitoring of the health of students of vocational educational institutions has been substantiated
