Mathematical and software support has been developed in order to improve the automated air traffic control system efficiency and solve the problem of flight operating safety. This allows from the only system positions to synthesize aircraft conflict-free trajectory control by means of the automated information processing system.20 The task of estimating aircraft movement parameters in a stochastic setting is formulated. To solve the problem in a new formulation, the data wavelet filtering was used for the first time, taking into account the analytical relationships between the deterministic foundations of the objects movement, that enables to increase the accuracy of assessing the objects movement characteristics in the airspace. This enables to reduce the minimum acceptable interval between aircraft and optimize the airspace structure in order to improve throughput and ensure flight safety. The accuracy and reliability of the systems increases.
