Podrez-Riapolova I. Economic and legal support of natural gas supply in the conditions of natural monopolies

The work is devoted to a comprehensive theoretical and practical study of the problems associated with the economic and legal support of natural gas supply in the conditions of natural monopolies. In modern conditions, in determining the guidelines for the development and sustainable functioning of the natural gas market, it is necessary to balance the economic interests of natural monopolies, related markets and consumers. The analysis of the current national legislation regulating the legal relations on the natural gas market is carried out; the economic and legal characteristics of the natural gas market are given. The essence and features of natural gas supply are studied, the issues of state regulation of economic activity on natural gas supply, peculiarities of investment in the natural gas market are considered. The essence of legal regulation of contractual relations on the provision of natural gas supply services is determined. Proposals have been formulated to improve the current legislation, in particular the Law of Ukraine «About Natural Gas Market»
