Stadnik I. The mechanism of economic relations legal regulation

The dissertation is an independent study of the economic and legal mechanism, which reveals its essence, structure and functional purpose in the system of social regulation of relations in society, aimed at finding optimal ways of improving its effectiveness and efficiency. The dissertation presents the structural-static and functional-dynamic characteristics of the economic-legal mechanism. The structural elements of the economic and legal mechanism, their functions and the nature of interaction with each other are analyzed. The relation between the economic and legal mechanism with related legal mechanisms, in particular the mechanism of the action of law in the sphere of management and the mechanism of state management of the economy, is investigated.
