Essay

The thesis is devoted to improving the prediction and correction of autonomic disorders in children and adolescents with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) based on the study of the clinical and endoscopic course of the disease, esophageal acidity, electrolyte content and heart rate variability. An increase in sympathetic influences and a decrease in parasympathetic influences on autonomic tone were revealed. The gastric acidity index and the severity of esophagitis increase with increasing СI. The influence of magnesium deficiency on the development of vegetative disorders was established, which was confirmed by correlations between MxDMn; IVR; VPR; SI and Ca/Mgeryth. To predict the development of magnesium deficiency in GERD it is necessary to take into account: hyperacidity of gastric contents, 2-3 grade of reflux esophagitis, LF day> 67.34; LF night> 45.92; HF day <27.16; HF overnight <50.9; LF / HF day> 2.22; SI day> 40.4; PAPR day> 36.8; CI 1.2-1.39. A prognostic model of the development of overvoltage and failure of adaptation in children with GERD has been created. For the correction of magnesium deficiency, a magnesium- containing drug was used for 2 months.
