Moskalets N. Conceptual Framework of Interaction between the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and Public Authorities in Ensuring Human Rights and Freedoms

This thesis is devoted to a topical issue, namely, the interaction between the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and public authorities in ensuring human rights and freedoms. Scientific research on this issue is on time and requires an advanced management approach. The Ph.D thesis studies and substantiates the tools of interaction between the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and public authorities in ensuring human rights and freedoms. The concepts are formulated and substantiated in the context of the field of public administration science, namely: «interaction between the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and other public authorities in ensuring human rights and freedoms», «individual responsibility of a person authorized to perform state functions». The forms of interaction between the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and other public authorities in ensuring human rights and freedoms are outlined. The organizational and managerial basis of interaction between the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and public authorities have been improved.
