Radchenko Y. State regulation of the pension provision system of servicemen in Ukraine

The dissertation focuses in depth on the theoretical bases of formation and realization of social function of the state in system of pension provision of military servicemen in Ukraine. The article is concerned with the peculiarities of the development of pension provision legislation for servicemen and highlights its stages. The analysis of the international regulation of pension provision of servicemen is carried out, the conceptual apparatus in the system of state regulation of pension provision of servicemen is specified. The scientific-practical approach is determined and the specifics of disability pension provision of servicemen are considered. The system of financing the pension provision of servicemen and members of their families at the expense of the Pension Fund, formed by paying insurance premiums, has been improved. The general approaches to the formation of the pension system of family members of servicemen in case of loss of a breadwinner are substantiated. The analysis of problems of appointment of pensions to military retired persons is carried out and recommendations on improvement of the current legislation of Ukraine concerning the state regulation of pension provision of servicemen and members of their families are offered.
