Lebedyev A. State support of the health care system in Ukraine

In the thesis, theoretical principles of formation and implementation of state support of the health care system are deepened. The conceptual apparatus of the science of public administration in the health care system is specified. The content of state support of the health care system is revealed, strategic directions and basic mechanisms of its implementation are determined. A scientific and practical approach to improving the organizational mechanism of public administration of health care is developed. The ways to improve the Concept of development of a public health system are offered. The Program of state guarantees of provision of citizens of Ukraine free medical care is substantiated. General approaches to the formation of a holistic monitoring system in the health care system are revealed, in particular, monitoring system of the medical aid quality, public monitoring and genetic monitoring are clarified.
