The thesis provides substantiation of theoretical issues, development of methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the management of public-private partnerships in investment activity. The thesis reveals the essence of the concepts of «public-private partnership», «mechanisms of public-private partnership», «state regulation of investment activity». The foreign experience of regulation of public-private partnership in investment activity is presented and the prospects for its use in Ukraine are determined. The research work examines the regulatory framework and principles for the implementation of public-private partnership in the context of development of investment activity. The condition of state regulation of public-private partnership in investment activity in Ukraine is assessed. The organizational mechanism of state management of investment projects in Ukraine is characterized. The restraining factors in the development of state regulation of public-private partnership in investment activity in Ukraine have been identified. Methods of ensuring public-private partnership and priority directions for the implementation of investment projects are analyzed. A concept of improving the process of regulation of public-private partnerships in investment activity in Ukraine has been developed and theoretically substantiated. The prospects for interaction of organizational structure in public-private partnership at the regional level in the context of investment and innovation policy of the state are determined. New approaches to state management of investment projects in Ukraine are proposed and practical recommendations for its improvement are substantiated. Proposals for the mechanisms of state management of investment projects in Ukraine within the framework of public-private partnerships, based on innovative technologies, have been made.
