Essay

The aim of the work was to study clinical and psychological features and family conditioning of psychological maladaptation in adolescents who drink alcohol, and to develop on this basis a program of psychocorrection and psychoprophylaxis. With the help of anamnestic, socio-demographic, clinical-psychological, psychometric, psychodiagnostic methods 355 male and female adolescents aged 15 to 17 years were surveyed. Part of them (153 people, who drank too much alcohol on the background of disturbed child-maternal relations), formed the experimental group (EG). As a comparison group (CG), the study included 50 adolescents who did not drink alcohol, but had problematic relationships with mothers (stages I-II of the study). In the following (III - IV) stages, adolescents and their mothers from EG were divided into a psychocorrection group (PCG), where psychocorrectional work was performed (100 adolescents and 100 mothers) and a control group CG (53 persons) who drank alcohol and had violated relationships with mothers, but did not participate in psycho-correctional activities. It was proved that psychological maladaptation in EG according to socio-psychological, psycho-emotional descriptors and personal behavioral and family determinants differs from the state of CG adolescents. On the basis of the received data the program of psychocorrection and psychoprophylaxis of maladaptation of adolescents was created.
