Essay

Object - endothelial vascular dysfunction in experimental peritonitis; goal - study of endothelial dysfunction caused by experimental peritonitis, and correction of its possible vascular complications; methods - pathophysiological, biochemical, statistical, histological; results - a significant increase in the level of Willebrand factor and endothelin-1 in the vascular bed of animals, which indicates a violation of the functions and structure of the endothelium during experimental peritonitis; proven weakening of the vasodilation process against the background of the pathogenesis of peritonitis, as evidenced by a decrease in the content of S-nitrosothiols; revealed a unidirectional tendency to change the erythrocyte and leukocyte indices of intoxication in the study of pathological changes in the body of laboratory animals caused by experimental peritonitis; proven the effectiveness of nitric oxide donor in the complex correction of peritonitis and endothelial dysfunction as its complications.
