Kuzmenko S. Victimological measures to prevent violent crimes against sexual freedom and sexual inviolability of the child

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of victimological problems of preventing violent crimes against sexual freedom and sexual inviolability of a child in Ukraine. For the first time, the scientific task of developing a holistic theoretical and practical approach to the formation of victimological measures to prevent violent crimes against sexual freedom and sexual inviolability of a child has been posed and solved. This made it possible to substantiate proposals aimed at improving legislation and the practice of its application by bodies and services for children, special institutions and institutions that carry out their social protection and prevention of offenses. The analysis of the legal basis of prevention is carried out, a criminal-legal characteristic is provided and the features of foreign experience in the prevention of such crimes are disclosed. The structure and dynamics of such crimes are characterized. The content of the circumstances contributing to the forced sexual victimization of children in Ukraine is disclosed. A conceptual vision of ways of implementing legal and organizational measures for victimological prevention is proposed.
