Olinyk Y. Cord blood cell transplantation in the complex treatment of patients with chronic trophic ulcers of venous etiology

The dissertation is devoted to the study of morphological changes in all layers of skin, subcutaneous tissue and muscles at different stages of trophic ulcer development associated with venous hypertension, histological and immunohistochemical results of the study of reparative processes in limb tissues in the area of lesion after cord cell transplantation experimentally and clinically, improving the results of treatment of patients with chronic venous insufficiency with trophic ulcers with the use of transplantation of cord blood cells. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is to develop a model of trophic ulcer of the limb, combined with venous hypertension, the study of histological and immunohistochemical processes occurring in the area of trophic ulcer on the background of venous hypertension in the experiment. New is the definition of criteria for reparative processes after transplantation of cord blood cells into the affected area and treatment of patients with venous trophic ulcers using cord blood cell transplantation.
